(a) The licensee shall ensure that each child is accorded the following personal rights:(3) To be free from corporal or unusual punishment, infliction of pain, humiliation, intimidation.....threat... This regulation was not met as evidenced by: Based on LPA interviews, it was confirmed that children's personal rights were violated. Interviews confirmed that staff pulled on a child's clothing intentionally, got down to eye level, and spoke to the child in a stern manner causing the child to display shock. This poses an immediate health, safety, and personal rights risk to children in care.
