This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Deficient Practice Statement Based on observations and interviews, the facility did not comply with the section cited above. On 08/17/23, approximately 11:30 AM a homeless person walked in the facility and came inside Classroom 2. This poses an immediate health, safety, or personal rights risk to persons in care.
