This requirement is not met as evidenced by observation and records review conducted during today’s inspection. At 8:30 AM, LPA observed 20 infants enrolled and present during today’s visit. The maximum capacity issued for the Infant Center license and fire clearance granted is for 14 infants. Deficient Practice Statement Based on observation, interview, and record review, the director did not comply with the section cited above to ensure the required capacity remained within the proper fire clearance of the licensed Infant Center. This poses an immediate risk to the health, safety, or personal rights of children in care.
