Responsibility for Providing Care and Supervision (a) The licensee shall provide care and supervision as necessary to meet the children's needs. (1) No child(ren) shall be left without the supervision of a teacher at any time... Supervision shall include visual observation. This requirement was not met as evidenced by (C1) standing outside alone, without adult supervision, in the play yard attempting to open the gate. C1 was left outside alone for approximately 45 minutes. This poses an immediate risk to the health, safety, or personal rights of children in care.
Criminal Record Clearance All individuals subject to a criminal record review pursuant to Health and Safety Code Section 1596.871 shall prior to working, residing or volunteering in a licensed facility: Request a transfer of a criminal record clearance. This requirement was not met as evidenced by criminal record clearance association list. Staff#1 is not associated to the facility and has been working at the facility since May 31st 2022. This is an immidiate risk to the health and safety of children in care.

(1) An aide who is 18 years of age or older, and who meets the requirements of this section and Section 101216, may escort and/or assist children in going to the bathroom, and may supervise napping children as specified in Section 101230(c)(1), without being under the direct supervision of a teacher.
