This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above and the unlocked playground door alarm was not working. LPA observed that when opened, the door leads to the street and it is also adjacent to a fenced electrical box. This poses a potential safety risk to persons in care.
