Personal Rights: The licensee shall ensure that each child is accorded the following personal rights. To be accorded safe, healthful and comfortable accommodations, furnishings and equipment to meet his/her needs. This requirement is not met as evidenced by: A child was not given a G-tube at the time documented per her doctors request due to her LVN arriving late to the facility. This poses a potential health and safety risk to children in care.
