The licensee shall provide care and supervision as necessary to meet the children's needs. This requirment was not met as Based on interview and record review, C1 has been injured on th same are on three separte ocassions. his posed a potential risk to the health and safety of children in care
Buildings and Grounds (a) The child care center shall be clean, safe, sanitary and in good repair at all times to ensure the safety and well-being of children, employees and visitors. This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on observation and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that there are holes on the storage sheds located in the play ground and weathered wood pallets in the areas accessible to children in care which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
