- Title 22 Section 101161 (a) Limitations on Capacity- A licensee shall not operate a child care center beyond the conditions and limitations specified on the license, including the capacity limitation. This requirement is not met as evidenced by LPA observation and staff members disclosure that the location provides care and supervision to children from ages 5 to 12 years, which is outside of the limitation of their licensed capacity. This poses an immediate Health and Safety risk to children in care.
