(1) A result with values of 5.5 ppb or greater shall be deemed an Action Level Exceedance. This requirment was not met as evidence by: Per director the drinking fountain with lead exceedance was removed on 03/15/2022 and water source was capped. LPA did not observe drinking fountain in the playyard. Based on record review, the facility had a high lead exeedance of 240.000 UG/L that poses a potiental health and safety risk to children in care.
