These rights include, but are not limited to the following: to be treated with dignity ...This requirement was not met as evidenced by: it was determined that staff #4 used a loud tone when communicating with daycare parent. It was disclosed that the incident occured when children were present. This is a Type B violation that could pose a potential risk to the health and safety of cildren.
