Safety precautions shall include but not be limited to: Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in upon arrival. LPA and LPM observed 2 steak knives and 1 full sized scizzors in the kitchen sink in reach and accessible to day care children. These items pose a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
