Safety precautions shall include but not limited to: This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above as the LPA observed 9 fence pickets were either broken or were detached from fence line leaving a gap leading into the neighbors back yard which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

When circumstances require the licensee to be temporarily absent from the home, the licensee shall arrange for a substitute adult to care for and supervise the children during his/her absence. Temporary absences shall not exceed 20 percent of the hours that the facility is providing care per day. This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above as the licensee was not present during annual inspection from 9:30am-12:15 pm which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
