This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in LPA observed that there was essential oils, magic eraser, lotions and sprays, hand santitizer and Lysol cleaning wipes in a drawer that was not locked and accessible to children in care, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
