Personal Rights.(a)The licensee shall ensure that each child is accorded the following personal rights:(2)To be accorded safe, healthful and comfortable accommodations, furnishings and equipment to meet his/her needs. This requirement was not met as evidenced by: record review and interviews. Staff #1 lost grip of infant #1 after a diaper change, causing infant #1 to hit/her head and body on the ground. This poses an immediate risk to the health, safety and personal rights of children in care.
