This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Upon inspection of the school age classroom, the LPA observed an upper cabinet, in between the bathrooms, to be unlatched (child proof latch was hanging unlocked) and had keep out of reach items accessible to children, such as pointed scissors, white out, sharpie marker, etc. This poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
