Responsibility for Providing Care and Supervision for Infants (1) Each infant shall be constantly supervised and under direct visual observation and supervision by a staff person at all times. Under no circumstances shall ANY infant be left unattended. This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. LPA observed one infant sleeping unsupervised in a desingated nap area with no staff member present inside the nap area which posed an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
