Operation of A Family Child Care Home (b) The home shall be kept clean and orderly, with heating and ventilation for safety and comfort. This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. LPA observed the toilet and toilet brush bowl were dirty with build up dirt, grime, and dust. The wall baseboard of bathroom wall was also torn with paint chipped coming off. The flooring around the toilet have been removed and exposing other sharp corners of the other tiles around the toilet flooring. This posed a potential health, safety, or personal rights risk to children in care.
