(a) Each child receiving services from a family child care home shall have certain rights that shall not be waived or abridged by the licensee regardless of consent or authorization from the child's authorized representative...(2) To receive safe, healthful, and comfortable accommodations, furnishings, and equipment. This requirement was not met as evidenced by: During the investigation, it was concluded that Licensee did not ensure personal belongings were returned to child’s authorized representative which causing the child distress, and not receiving a safe, healthful, and comfortable accommodations, furnishings, and equipment. This poses a potential risk to the health, safety and/or personal rights of children in care.
