- (a)The child care center shall be clean, safe, and in good repair at all times to ensure the safety and well-being of children, employees and visitors. This requirement was not met as evidenced by: interview. Interview confirmed that staff did not ensure a clean and safe environment for children. Child #1 arrived to facility at 8:15 AM and incident ocurred around 9:40 AM where child found an empty alocohol container in an accessible area of the classroom. This poses a potential risk to the health, safety and/or personal rights to the children in care.
