101223 Personal Rights (a)The licensee shall ensure that each child is accorded the following personal rights:(1) To be accorded dignity in his/her personal relationships with staff and other persons. This requirement was not met as evidenced by: Through interviews, it was disclosed that toddler teachers spoke to children in a "rough" manner. Furthermore, evidence obtained revelead that toddler teachers made inappropriate comments in front of children and/or spoke inappropriately to children in care, this poses an immediate Health and Safety risk to children in care.
