This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that LPA observed various stains on the walls, various boxes and items stacked upon each other on top of the preschool and toddler classroom's cubbies, and toddler rug held various dark stains, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Upon arrival LPAs met with Staff #1 who stated they was currently the person in charge. Both Director and Assistant Director were not present.
