Sign In and Sign Out (b) The person who brings the child to, and removes the child from, the center shall sign the child in/out. This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on observation record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above Census was at 14 LPA reviewed sign in record which should a discrepency child # 7 not signed in for the day. LPA had teacher verify and she agreed the specific child was not signed in.which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above During today's inspection LPA observed the room to be very hot and uncomfortable. Teacher stated there is a part we are waiting for on the AC. The AC unit cooled down temporarily but remained at 84 to 86 indoors and outdoors 79 degrees. Facility is warmer indoors than outdoors which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
