This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that, LPA observed that both of the windows in the front of the facility were in need of repair. LPA also observed that the window located in the backyard was broken and in need of replacement or repair, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
