Buildings and Grounds (g) Disinfectants, cleaning solutions, poisons and other items that could pose a danger if readily available to children shall be stored where inaccessible to children. This requirement is not met as evidenced by: LPA Herrera observed that the cabinet directly above the handwashing sink was left open. LPA observed cleaning products such as Lysol sprays, wipes and other cleaning solutions in the cabinet. LPA noticed a stepping stool next to the hand washing sink, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Limitations on Capacity and Ambulatory Status (a) A licensee shall not operate a child care center beyond the conditions and limitations specified on the license, including the capacity limitation. This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on observation, interview, and record review the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. LPA oberseved licensed capacity is 53. In prior years two rooms were being occupied and were licensed through the department. Upon inspection classroom P-14 is not being utlized for preschool, and is being occupied by a different unlicensed program. This action was not reported to the department, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
