Fixtures, Furniture, Equipment and Supplies (f) Solid waste shall be stored, located and disposed of in a manner that will not transmit communicable diseases or odors, create a nuisance, or provide a breeding place or food source for insects or rodents. (1) All containers used for storage of solid wastes, including moveable bins, shall have a tightfitting cover that is kept on; shall be in good repair; and shall be leakproof and rodent-proof. This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above as LPA observed a trash bin without a tight-fitting cover, containing food inside which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
CCR 101229(a)(1) Care and Supervision. No child(ren) shall be left without the supervision, including visual observation, of a teacher at any time except as specified in sections 101216.2(e)(1) and 101230(c)(1). This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on interviews, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. On 11/7/24, Child #1 was released to an unauthorized and unrelated adult, being without staff supervision for approximately 20 minutes. This poses an immediate health, safety, or personal rights risk to persons in care.
