During today's inspection LPA gathered information that staff left a child unattented for approximately 5 minutes which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

LPA interviewed Staff and it was confirmed that incidents did occur. This poses an immediate Health and Safety risk to children in care.
