Infant Care Teacher Qualifications and Duties (d) A photocopy of each teacher's transcript(s) documenting successful completion of required course work shall be maintained at the center. This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that two out of two staff did not have copies of their transcripts on file which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that LPA observed two bouncers/rockers in the infant room, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
