This requirement has not been met as evidenced by: Based on interviews, the facility did not comply with the section cited above Interviews revealed that S2 transported C1 to ... school and left C1 on campus prior to the start of the school day without ensuring the child was released to a responsible adult multiple time. C1 stated being left alone made them sad and scared. Which poses an immediate risk to the health, safety or personal rights of children in care.
