Personal Rights; Each child receiving services from a family child care home shall have certain rights that shall not be waived...These rights include, but are not limited to, the following: To receive safe, healthful, and comfortable accommodations, furnishings, and equipment. This requirement has not been met as evidenced by: Based on observations the child was in a high chair that does not meet his needs which is a potential risk to children in care.
