This requirement was not met as evidenced by: through interview it was found that faciltiy staff were waking children from their sleep when nap time was over which is a potential risk to the health, safety, and/or personal rights of the children in care.

Sleep Logs are not maintained for infants over 1 year old. Assistant Director stated she thought it was only required for infants under 1. LPA noted technical violation was issued during 2022 inspection and safe sleep regulations, sleep logs were discussed.
