This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on observation, interview, and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above by ensuring the facility maintains ratio at all times, which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. LPA observed 1 teacher's aid supervising 7 infants. The staff indicated the other teacher left the classroom to change an infant's diaper.
