These rights include, but are not limited to, the following: (2) To receive safe, healthful, and comfortable accommodations, furnishings, and equipment.: THIS REQUIREMENT WAS NOT MET AS EVIDENCED BY INTERVIEWS AND A REVIEW OF DOCUMENTS WHICH REVEALED THAT WHILE SITTING ON A COUCH WITH A CHILD, THE PROVIDER BRIEFLY TURNED AWAY AND THE CHILD FELL OFF OF THE COUCH ONTO A TOY, INJURING HIM/HERSELF ON THE WOODEN BOTTOM OF THE TOY.
