This requirement is not met as evidenced by: LPA did not oberve the Director of Record to be present at the faciilty. Staff members stated to LPA that the DOR has not been employed at the facility for several months prior, and this change was not reported to the Department. Reporting Requirements...(b) The name of the child care center director, and any fully qualified teacher(s) designated to act in the child care center director's absence, shall be reported to the Department within 10 days of a change of child care center director or designee(s). The lack of reporting poses a potention health, safety, or personal rights risks to persons in care.
