101230 Activities (c) A teacher-child ratio of one teacher supervising 24 napping children is permitted provided that the remaining teachers necessary to meet the overall ratio specified in Section 101216.3(a) are immediately available at the center. This requirement is not met as evidenced. Based on observations, interviews, and record reviews, the Licensee did not comply with the section cited above. S1 was observed supervising a group of 22 children during the scheduled nap period. At the time of observation, not all children were asleep, which poses a potential risk to the health, safety, and personal rights of the children in care.
