Personal Rights: These rights include, but are not limited to, the following: Each child shall be accorded safe, healthful and comfortable accommodations, furnishing and equipment. This requirement was not met as evidenced by: Based on interviews,LPA that children are not changed as they are soiled. Children have developed rashes on occasion due to the diapers not being changed frequently enough.

Operation of A Family Child Care Home (g) The home shall be free from defects or conditions which might endanger a child. Safety precautions shall include but not limited to: (10) A baby walker shall not be allowed on the premises of a family child care home in accordance with Health and Safety Code Sections 1596.846(b) and (c). This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in having the children in bouncers while sleeping and in a walker at the child care facility which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
