101223(a)(2) Personal Rights: (a) The licensee shall ensure that each child is accorded the following personal rights: (2) To be accorded safe, healthful and comfortable accommodations, furnishings and equipment to meet his/her needs. This regulation has not been met as evidenced by the center failing to change a child's diaper in a timely manner. Based on interviews and record review conducted during the course of the investigation, it was determined that the facility failed to change a child's diaper on at least 2 occassions.
