Fire Safety Clearance.A fire safety clearance approved by the city or county fire department, the district providing fire protection services, or the State Fire Marshal shall be required for a large family child care home. This requirement was not met as evidenced by: fire clearance for this home is denied as of 2/25/25 which is an immediate risk to the health and safety of children in care
Staffing Ratio and Capacity.For a Large Family Child Care Home, the maximum number of children for whom care may be provided at any one time when there is an assistant provider in the home, including children under age 10 who reside at the licensee's home and the assistant provider's children under age 10, shall be either: Twelve children, no more than four of whom may be infants.This requirement was not met as evidenced by:LPAs observed 6 infants and 3 preschool aged children in care which is an immediate risk to the health and safety of children.
