Licensee must watch the CCLD video titled "How Many Children Can attend a Family Child Care Home?". Licensee must provide a written statement of understanding from the video to the LPA by the COB on 3/28/2025. This requirement is not met as evidenced by: The licensee did not comply with the section cited above in which the their assistant was alone at the home supervising 13 children, which poses an potential health, safety or personal rights risk to children in care. Licensee must also go to the CCLD website - https://www.cdss.ca.gov/inforesources/child-care-licensing and review the regulations for family childcare homes regarding staffing and ratio.
