This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above as cleaning solutions (Swiffer wet jet with canister of cleaning solution & long handled carpet brush with canister of cleaning solution) installed into the handles of cleaning equipment and stored in an area accessible to children which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. Additionally, two child locks are worn and need to be replaced.
