Immunizations (g) The licensee shall document each child's immunizations as required by the California Code of Regulations, Title 17, Section 6070, and shall maintain such documentation for as long as the child is enrolled. This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in which a child did not have her immunization recrds in her file, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Operation of a Family Child Care Home. All homes shall conduct fire and disaster drills at least once every six months, and document the date and time of each drill. This requirement was not met as evidenced by: Based on observation and record review of the fire drill log, the last fire/disaster drill was conducted more than 6 months ago which poses a potential risk to children in care.

On or before March 30, 2018..., a licensed child care provider...shall complete the mandated reporter training...and shall complete renewal mandated reporter training every two years following the date on which he or she completed the initial mandated reporter training. Based on observation and interview, licensee does have proof of completing the mandated reporter training, which poses a potntial health & safety risk
